The Kashima Factory serves as our group's flagship facility and functions as the core of our production technology. It is equipped with a manufacturing system designed to deliver high-quality products. The factory operates under strict quality control in accordance with ISO 9001 and actively promotes initiatives to reduce environmental impact and advance recycling.

Located in the Kashima Coastal Industrial Zone, one of Japan's leading industrial complexes, the Kashima Factory strengthens cost competitiveness while providing access to world-class petrochemical technologies. As our group's flagship facility, it continuously develops and implements new production technologies.
Our ability to supply stable, multifunctional, and versatile products is made possible by our fully integrated manufacturing system. Rather than dividing production across multiple facilities, everything from raw material input through manufacturing, finishing, and packaging is completed within a single plant, allowing products to be delivered in a form ready for customer use.

In addition, we offer environmentally responsible products that reduce plastic usage by approximately 46% compared to conventional polypropylene films. The factory has also established recycling technologies that reuse edge trim, contributing to waste reduction and the creation of a more sustainable society.

Production lines at the Kashima Factory are automatically controlled for temperature and humidity, with strict quality control based on ISO 9001. A dedicated quality assurance department is located on-site, enabling close coordination between manufacturing and quality control and ensuring a stable supply of high-quality products.

Driven by advanced technical expertise and creativity, our R&D division engages daily in the development of foundational technologies that support the next generation, as well as in the creation of new products and applications that respond quickly and accurately to increasingly diverse market needs.

In product development, we reproduce real-world usage environments within our own facilities, by equipping them with actual printing presses, labeling machines, bottle molding equipment, and more. This enables development and quality improvement from the customer's perspective.
While product testing is often limited to specific purposes, we emphasize practical verification that assumes all printing applications. By creating environments that closely mirror real production processes, from printing and labeling to molding, we focus on development firmly rooted in customer needs.

Our R&D division works in close integration with manufacturing operations to continuously improve technical precision. Through innovations such as transparency control via void management and technologies that balance peelability with adhesion, we have brought a steady stream of innovative products to market.
