Personal Information Protection Policy

We view the appropriate protection of business partners' personal information as a serious responsibility, and handle personal information under the following policies in order to fulfill this responsibility.

We also request that our business partners and other parties handle personal information appropriately. - When collecting personal information, we specify and provide notice of the purpose of its use and handle such information in accordance with that purpose.

- We will respond to requests from business partners for the disclosure, correction, suspension of use, or other actions related to the personal information held by us if we receive such requests at our designated contact points.
Our guidelines for the protection of personal information
We handle personal information in accordance with the following provisions.
1. Purpose of use
In connection with carrying out the business activities stipulated in our Articles of Incorporation (hereinafter referred to as "the business"), we acquire the personal information necessary for business activities. Such personal information is used for the purposes listed below. However, we will not use personal information for purposes for which business partner consent has not been obtained.
Procurement of raw materials and other items associated with business activities; development, manufacture, sale, and after-sales service of products and services; notifications and information related to the various activities described above, including information on new products, new services, various events, and knowledge; notifications from us regarding information related to products; responding to inquiries from business partners; credit assessments related to the sale of products and services and management after credit is granted; and the execution of other related operations.
2. Disclosure or provision to third parties
We will not disclose or provide personal information to any third party without the prior consent of the individual business partner, except as provided for by law.
3. Shared use of personal information
The personal information of business partners we obtain may be shared with our parent companies and group companies.

Handling of applicants' personal information in recruitment activities
With regard to personal information submitted during recruitment selection, including resumes and other application documents, we use such information only to the extent necessary for recruitment selection and, after hiring, for personnel and labor management. We will not use such information for any other purpose without the applicant's consent.
Such information is managed appropriately in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan, related laws and regulations, and our Privacy Policy.
If an applicant is not hired, the submitted documents will be promptly and appropriately disposed of (e.g., shredded or incinerated). Please note that resumes and other application documents submitted to us cannot be returned.
