FRBW

  • This grade is compatible with conventional oil-based offset printing using inks for paper.
  • There is no need to switch to inks specifically designed for YUPO. Fast drying also enables significant reduction in production lead time.
  • It offers excellent color reproducibility, with minimal dot gain.
  • Both sides have a semi-gloss finish.
  • Not suitable for UV offset printing.

FRRG

  • This grade is compatible with conventional oil-based offset printing using inks for paper.
  • There is no need to switch to inks specifically designed for YUPO. Fast drying also enables significant reduction in production lead time.
  • The ink setting time is within 4 hours for two-color overprinting using paper inks (measured example).
  • When using paper inks, printing is limited to up to two colors (overprinting).
  • It offers excellent color reproducibility, with dot gain at a level comparable to coated paper.
  • The printing side (front surface) has a semi-gloss finish, while the reverse side has a matte finish.
  • Not suitable for UV offset printing.

What is the difference between FRBW and FRRG?

FRBW is available in thicknesses ranging from 110 to 300 microns and supports double-sided printing, while FRRG is available only in 70 microns and is designed for single-sided printing.

Which product should be used for double-sided printing?

FRBW is recommended.For UV offset printing applications, we recommend considering FEBG or FGS.
