Notification of Company Name and Brand Logo Change

YUPO Co., Ltd. (Kanda Surugadai, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Katsuhiro Naito, President) hereby
announces that we will change our company name and brand logo to the following effective
July 1, 2026.

- Background of the Company Name Change

Since our founding in 1969, we have continued to deliver new value to society through the
development and manufacturing of "YUPO".

We now aim to evolve beyond being simply a "synthetic paper manufacturer" into a "Value Co-Creator" that enhances the value of "YUPO" as creative substrates that expand possibilities for
diverse applications and expressions, creating value together with our customers.
To clarify this brand direction, we have decided to change our company name and brand logo.
